Club Information

The Glasgow Hearts Supporters Club was formed in 1947 by Bob Smith who is still living but unfortunately no longer travels to the games. Matt Rodgers (Secretary) and Lyon Dunbar (Treasurer) made up the rest of the first ever Glasgow Hearts Supporters Club committee. Matt and Lyon ran the club until 1973 when the club could no longer run buses to games due to lack of interest. During that season, the remaining club members travelled by car to the games and continued to fundraise for the club. Fortunately, the club was revived in season 1974/75 and have travelled to nearly every game since that season, following the fortunes (or misfortunes) of Heart of Midlothian Football Club.
